LAC Albert Ceremony

On Thursday 30 December 2004, the official LAC Albert inauguration ceremony took place
in spite of prevailing rainy weather. Ms. Amandine JOACHIM was first appointed Miss
EurAstro 2006 (here with father Patrick, LAC's facility manager):
